Installation Procedure

Air Conditioning Condenser (2) - Install
- Air Conditioning Condenser Bolt (1) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Install and tighten [4x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- { If equipped } Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler - Install - Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Replacement (MYD)
Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube (2) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Install - Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (C60) , or Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (C69)
Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Install - Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (C60) , or Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (C69)
- Radiator Air Side Baffle - Right Side - Install - Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Right Side (LWN, LV1) , or Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Right Side (L96, LC8)
- Radiator Air Side Baffle - Left Side - Install - Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Left Side (LV1, LWN, L96, LC8)
- Front Grille - Install - Front Grille Replacement (Chevrolet) , or Front Grille Replacement (GMC)
- Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
- Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
