Removal Procedure

- Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
Air Cleaner Assembly (4) - Remove - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
Front Grille (3) - Remove - Front Grille Replacement (Chevrolet) , or Front Grille Replacement (GMC)
- Headlamp- Left Side - Remove - Front Headlamp Replacement
Air Conditioning Condenser Hose Nut (3) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Remove
- Air Conditioning Condenser Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Remove
- Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer. (1) Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement
Air Conditioning Condenser Hose (1) @ Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud - Remove
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield-Right Side (3) - Remove - Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Right Side)
Air Conditioning Condenser Hose Bolt (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Remove
- Air Conditioning Condenser Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Remove
- Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer. (3) Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement
- Remove the air conditioning condenser hose (2) from the vehicle.
