Removal Procedure

- Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
- Front Grille - Remove - Front Grille Replacement (Chevrolet) , or Front Grille Replacement (GMC)
- Air Conditioning Refrigerant Pressure Sensor - Remove - Air Conditioning (A/C) Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Replacement
- Disconnect and reposition the hood primary and secondary latch electrical connector and wire harness out of the way.
Headlamp- Left Side (4) - Remove - Front Headlamp Replacement
Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Nut (3) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Remove
- Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Remove
- Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer. (1) Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement
Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield-Right Side (3) - Remove - Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Right Side)
Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Bolt (2) @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Remove
- Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Remove
- Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer. (3) Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Remove the air conditioning compressor and condenser hose (1) from the vehicle.
