Installation Procedure

Install the air conditioning compressor and condenser hose (1) to the vehicle.
- Install a NEW sealing washer. (3) Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement
- Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Install
- Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Bolt (2) @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield-Right Side (3) - Install - Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Right Side)
Install a NEW sealing washer. (1) Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement
- Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Install
- Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Nut (3) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Connect the electrical connector.
Headlamp- Left Side (4) - Install - Front Headlamp Replacement
- Front Grille - Install - Front Grille Replacement (Chevrolet) , or Front Grille Replacement (GMC)
- Install the hood primary and secondary latch electrical connector and wire harness.
- Air Conditioning Refrigerant Pressure Sensor - Install - Air Conditioning (A/C) Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Replacement
- Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
- Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
