Installation Procedure

    Install the air conditioning compressor and condenser hose (2) to the vehicle.

  2. Install a NEW sealing washer. (3) Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement 
  3. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Install
  4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  5. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Bolt (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield-Right Side (3) - Install - Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Right Side)

  7. Connect the electrical connector.

    Install a NEW sealing washer. (1) Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement 

  9. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Install
  10. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  11. Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Nut (3) @ Air Conditioning Condenser - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  12. Headlamp- Left Side (4) - Install - Front Headlamp Replacement

    Front Grille (3) - Install - Front Grille Replacement (Chevrolet) , or Front Grille Replacement (GMC)

    Air Cleaner Assembly (4) - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement

  15. Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging 
  16. Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
