Installation Procedure

Install the air conditioning compressor hose (1) to the vehicle.
- Install a NEW sealing washer. (3) Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement
- Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Install
- Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Bolt (2) @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Install - Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Replacement (LWN) , or Air Conditioning Compressor and Condenser Hose Replacement (L96, LC8)
Install a NEW sealing washer. (3) Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement
- Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (1) @ Air Conditioning Accumulator - Install
- Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Nut (2) @ Air Conditioning Accumulator - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Front Tube (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor Hose - Install - Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Front Tube Replacement (Front)
- Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose - Install - Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose Replacement
- Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose - Install - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement
- Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
- Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
