Removal Procedure

  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging

    Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Front Tube (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor Hose - Remove - Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Front Tube Replacement (Front)

    Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Nut (1) @ Air Conditioning Accumulator - Remove

  4. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Accumulator - Remove
  5. Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer. (3) Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement 
  6. Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield-Right Side - Remove - Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Right Side)

    Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Bolt (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Remove

  8. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Remove
  9. Remove and DISCARD the sealing washer. (3) Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement 
  10. Remove the air conditioning compressor hose (2) from the vehicle.
