Installation Procedure

    Install the air conditioning compressor hose (2) to the vehicle.

  2. Install a NEW sealing washer. (3) Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement 
  3. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Install
    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Bolt (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  5. Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield-Right Side - Install - Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Right Side)

    Install a NEW sealing washer. (3) Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement 

  7. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Accumulator - Install
    8. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  8. Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Nut (1) @ Air Conditioning Accumulator - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Front Tube (1) @ Air Conditioning Compressor Hose - Install - Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Front Tube Replacement (Front) 

  10. Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging 
  11. Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
