Installation Procedure

Install the air conditioning compressor bracket (2) to the vehicle.
- Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
Air Conditioning Compressor (2) - Install - Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement (LWN) , or Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement (LV1) , or Air Conditioning Compressor Replacement (L96, LC8)
Air Conditioning Compressor Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Install - Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (LWN) , or Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Replacement (L96, LC8, LV1)
Air Conditioning Condenser Hose (2) @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Install - Air Conditioning Condenser Hose Replacement (LV1)
- Air Conditioning Compressor Belt @ Air Conditioning Compressor - Install - Air Conditioning Compressor Belt Replacement
Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield-Right Side (3) - Install - Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Right Side)
- Recharge the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
- Inspect for refrigerant leaks.
