Removal Procedure

  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging

    Coolant Recovery Reservoir (1) - Remove - Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement (LV1) , or Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement (L96, LC8)

    Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube (1) @ Air Conditioning Evaporator - Remove - Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (C60) , or Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (C69) 

  4. Air Conditioning Accumulator (2) @ Air Conditioning Evaporator - Remove - Air Conditioning Accumulator Replacement

    Blower Case Assembly (1) - Remove - Blower Case Replacement

    Air Conditioning Evaporator (1) - Remove

    Remove the right side floor front air outlet center duct (2). Floor Front Air Outlet Center Duct Replacement - Right Side

    Remove the air inlet valve actuator vacuum hose (1).
