Installation Procedure

    Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 5.5 N.m (49 lb in)

    Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Nut (1) - Install and tighten 5.5 N.m (49 lb in)

    Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 5.5 N.m (49 lb in)

    Connect the air inlet valve actuator vacuum hose (1).

    Install the right side floor front air outlet center duct (2). Floor Front Air Outlet Center Duct Replacement - Right Side

    Engine Cover (1) - Install - Engine Cover Replacement

    Blower Case Assembly (1) - Install - Blower Case Replacement

    Air Conditioning Accumulator (2) @ Air Conditioning Evaporator - Install - Air Conditioning Accumulator Replacement 

  13. Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube (1) @ Air Conditioning Evaporator - Install - Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (C60) , or Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube Replacement (C69)

    Coolant Recovery Reservoir (1) - Install - Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement (LV1) , or Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement (L96, LC8)

  15. Evacuate and charge the refrigerant system. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging 
  16. Visually inspect for air conditioning system refrigerant leaks.
