Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode
  2. Verify DTC P208A, P20E8, P20E9 is not set.
    • Go to next step: If DTC P208A, P20E8, P20E9 is not set 
  3. Perform the scan tool control function: Reductant Pump - ON - For 20 s
  4. Wait for greater than 10 s. - After the pump was turned off.
  5. Verify the scan tool parameter: Reductant Pressure Sensor = -7 to 7 kPa (-1 to 1 PSI)
    • If not the specified value 

      Refer to: Circuit/System Testing

    • Go to next step: If the specified value 
  6. Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.

    Verify the DTC does not set.

    • If the DTC sets 

      Refer to: Circuit/System Testing

    • Go to next step: If the DTC is not set 
  7. All OK.
