Ignition On or Engine Running
Ignition Voltage = Greater than 11 V
Injector Duty Cycle = Greater than 10%

Frequency the DTC runs = Continuously - After the running conditions are met

P1049, P2048

Ignition On or Engine Running
Ignition Voltage = Greater than 11 V
Injector Duty Cycle = 0%

Frequency the DTC runs = Continuously - After the running conditions are met
