Installation Procedure

Place a suitable adjustable jack under the fuel tank.
- Use a suitable strap to strap fuel tank to jack.
- Connect the fuel tank fuel pump module connector.
- Fuel Tank(1) - Install
Fuel Tank Strap(2) - Install[2x]
- Fuel Tank Strap Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[2x]30N.m (22 lb ft)
- Remove strap holding fuel tank to jack.
Fuel Feed Pipe(3) - Connect - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Evaporative Emission Front Pipe(2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Electrical Connector(1) - Connect
Fuel Tank Filler Hose(3) - Install
- Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp(2) - Install and tighten4N.m (35 lb in)
- Evaporative Emission Hose(1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Refill the fuel tank.
- Inspect for fuel leaks.
