Installation Procedure

    Place a suitable adjustable jack under the fuel tank.

  2. Use a suitable strap to strap fuel tank to jack.
  3. Fuel Tank(1) - Install

    Fuel Tank Strap(2) - Install[2x]

    5. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  5. Fuel Tank Strap Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[2x]30N.m (22 lb ft)
  6. Remove strap holding fuel tank to jack.
  7. Connect the fuel tank fuel pump module connector.

    Fuel Feed Rear Pipe(5) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  9. Fuel Tank Filler Hose(4) - Install
  10. Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp(3) - Install and tighten4N.m (35 lb in)
  11. Evaporative Emission Hose(2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  12. Evaporative Emission Hose(1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  13. Refill the fuel tank.
  14. Inspect for fuel leaks.
