Installation Procedure

Fuel Tank Filler Pipe(1) - Install
Fuel Tank Filler Pipe(3) - Install
- Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp(2) - Install and tighten4N.m (35 lb in)
- Evaporative Emission Hose(1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Ground Strap(2) - Install
- Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Ground Bolt(1) - Install and tighten9N.m (80 lb in)
Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Bolt(2) - Install and tighten[3x]5N.m (44 lb in)
- Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Retainer(1) - Install
- Refill the fuel tank.
- Inspect for fuel leaks.
- Lower the vehicle.
