Removal Procedure

- Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Single Battery) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Dual Battery)
- Water Pump - Remove - Water Pump Replacement (LV1)
Disconnect the electrical connector (1).
- Remove the camshaft position actuator magnet bolts (2).
Remove the camshaft position actuator magnet (1).
- Remove and DISCARD the camshaft position actuator magnet gasket (2).
