Installation Procedure

    Place a suitable adjustable jack under the fuel tank.

  2. Use a suitable strap to strap fuel tank to jack.
  3. Connect the fuel tank fuel pump module connector.
  4. Fuel Tank(1) - Install

    Fuel Tank Strap(2) - Install[2x]

    6. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  6. Fuel Tank Strap Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[2x]30N.m (22 lb ft)
  7. Remove strap holding fuel tank to jack.

    Fuel Feed Pipe(3) - Connect - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  9. Evaporative Emission Front Pipe(2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  10. Electrical Connector(1) - Connect

    Fuel Tank Filler Hose(3) - Install

  12. Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp(2) - Install and tighten4N.m (35 lb in)
  13. Evaporative Emission Hose(1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  14. Refill the fuel tank.
  15. Inspect for fuel leaks.
