Installation Procedure

Rear Spring Shackle(2) - Install
- Rear Spring Bolt(1)@ Rear Eye - Install
- Rear Spring Nut(3)@ Rear Eye - Loosely install
Rear Spring Bolt(2)@ Frame - Install
- Rear Spring Nut(1)@ Frame - Loosely install
- Remove the jack stand from the rear axle assembly.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Set the vehicle to curb height. Trim Height Specifications
Rear Spring Nut(3)@ Rear Eye - Tighten - Rear Leaf Spring Replacement (Chassis Cab) , or Rear Leaf Spring Replacement (Except Chassis Cab)
Rear Spring Nut(1)@ Frame - Tighten - Rear Leaf Spring Replacement (Chassis Cab) , or Rear Leaf Spring Replacement (Except Chassis Cab)
NOTE:
Ensure that the shorter bolt is installed in the correct direction from inboard to outboard in this location.
