Cylinder Head Removal

Remove the cylinder head bolts in sequence.

NOTE:
Ensure that the glow plugs have all been removed before removing cylinder head.
Remove the, cylinder head (1) and gasket (2).
- Remove the cylinder head locating pins (3).
