Installation Procedure

Install the transmission support crossmember (2) to the vehicle.
- Install the six transmission support crossmember to the frame mounting bolts (1) and tighten to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
Install the transmission mount to the transmission support crossmember retaining nut (1) and tighten to 55 N.m (41 lb ft).
Connect the fuel filter bracket (1) to transmission support crossmember. Fuel Filter Bracket Replacement
Connect the exhaust front bracket (3) to transmission support crossmember. Exhaust Front Bracket Replacement (LWN)
- Connect the fuel lines to transmission support crossmember.
- Connect the wire harness retainers to transmission support crossmember, as necessary.
Connect the DEF line retainers (1) to the transmission support crossmember.
- Remove the safety stands.
- Lower the vehicle.
