Removal Procedure

    Valve Rocker Arm Cover (2) - Remove - Valve Rocker Arm Cover Replacement - Left Side , or Valve Rocker Arm Cover Replacement - Right Side

    NOTE:

    Place the valve rocker arms, valve pushrods, and pivot support, in a rack so that they can be installed in the same location from which they were removed.

    Remove the valve rocker arm and bolt assembly (1).

  3. Remove the pushrod (2).
  4. Clean and inspect the rocker arms and/or pushrods, if necessary. Valve Rocker Arm and Push Rod Cleaning and Inspection .
