Installation Procedure

    NOTE:
    • When reusing the valve lifters, install the lifters to their original location.
    • If camshaft replacement is required, the valve lifters must also be replaced.

    Lubricate the valve lifters (1) and engine block valve lifter bores with clean engine oil.

    Valve Lifter (3) - Install [6x]

  3. Valve Lifter Guide (2) - Install [2x]
  4. Valve Lifter Guide Bolt (1) - Install [2x] - Valve Lifter Installation 
  5. Cylinder Head - Install - Valve Lifter Installation , Cylinder Head Replacement - Left Side , or Cylinder Head Replacement - Right Side
