Removal Procedure

  1. Air Conditioning Compressor Belt - Remove - Air Conditioning Compressor Belt Replacement

    Insert the EN-51767-5  Webbing (1) between the pulley (2) and belt (3).

  3. While walking the EN-51767-5  Webbing around the circumference of the pulley, rotate the crankshaft pulley counterclockwise.
  4. Once the EN-51767-5  Webbing is around the circumference of the crankshaft pulley, pull the loose end of the EN-51767-5  Webbing inward toward the engine, removing the belt from the crankshaft pulley.
  5. Remove the belt from the vacuum pump pulley and then from the vehicle.
