Preliminary Procedure Clean the holes in the block of any debris or residual fastener thread sealant. Failing to do so can cause the bolts not to reach proper torque and/or clamp load.
1	Cylinder Head Gasket
2	Cylinder Head - Right Side
3	Cylinder Head Bolt [4x] CAUTION: This vehicle is equipped with torque-to-yield or single use fasteners. Install a NEW torque-to-yield or single use fastener when installing this component. Failure to replace the torque-to-yield or single use fastener could cause damage to the vehicle or component. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten in sequence First Pass: 80 N.m (59 lb ft) Second Pass: 90 degrees Final Pass: 60 degrees
4	Cylinder Head Bolt [4x] Tighten in sequence First Pass: 80 N.m (59 lb ft) Second Pass: 90 degrees Final Pass: 60 degrees
