Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96) 
  2. Timing Belt Rear Cover Replacement - Remove

    Water Pump Bolt(1) - Remove[5x]

  4. Water Pump(3) - Remove
  5. Water Pump Seal(2) - Remove and DISCARD
