Water Pump Gasket(2) - Install a NEW gasket.[2x]

Water Pump Bolt(1) - Install and tighten [6x] 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp(1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

Engine Cooling Fan Bracket (2) - Install
Engine Cooling Fan Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket - Install - Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket Replacement (LWN) , or Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket Replacement (L96, LC8) , or Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket Replacement (LV1)
Power Steering Pump Pulley - Install - Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement (Without LWN) , or Power Steering Pump Pulley Replacement (With LWN)
Drive Belt Tensioner - Install - Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement - Accessory
Drive Belt Idler Pulley - Install - Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement
Generator - Install - Generator Replacement (LWN) , or Generator Replacement (L96, LC8) , or Generator Replacement (LV1 with K68) , or Generator Replacement (LV1 with KW5/KG4)
Engine Coolant Fan Lower Shroud - Install - Engine Coolant Fan Lower Shroud Replacement (LWN) , or Engine Coolant Fan Lower Shroud Replacement (LV1) , or Engine Coolant Fan Lower Shroud Replacement (L96, LC8)
Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
