Removal Procedure

- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)
- Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket - Remove - Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket Replacement (LWN) , or Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket Replacement (L96, LC8) , or Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket Replacement (LV1)
Engine Coolant Hose Clamp(1) - Disengage[4x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Engine Coolant Hose(2) - Disconnect[4x]
Water Pump Inlet Pipe Bolt(1) - Remove
- Water Pump Inlet Pipe(3) - Remove
- Water Pump Inlet Pipe Seal(2) - Remove and DISCARD
