Installation Procedure

Radiator Vent Inlet Hose(2) @ Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe - Install
- Hose Clamp(1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Radiator Vent Inlet Hose(2) @ Radiator - Install
- Hose Clamp(1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Reposition the wiring harness.
Radiator Inlet Hose(2) @ Water Pump - Install - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LWN) , or Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LV1) , or Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (L96, LC8)
Coolant Recovery Reservoir(1) - Install - Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement (LV1) , or Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement (L96, LC8)
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
