Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)

    Radiator Air Upper Baffle(1) - Remove - Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement (LWN) , or Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement (LV1) , or Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement (L96, LC8)

    Heater Water Bypass Outlet Hose(2) @ Radiator Surge Tank - Remove - Heater Water Bypass Outlet Hose Replacement (LWN)

    Radiator Vent Inlet Hose(2) @ Radiator Surge Tank - Remove - Radiator Vent Inlet Hose Replacement (LWN) , or Radiator Vent Inlet Hose Replacement (L96, LC8)

    Electrical Connector(1) @ Radiator Surge Tank - Disconnect

    Radiator Surge Tank Bolt(1) @ Radiator Surge Tank - Remove

    Radiator Surge Tank(1) - Remove
