Charge Air Cooler Bolt(1) @ Radiator - Install and tighten[4x]10 N.m (89 lb in)

Radiator Inlet Hose(2) @ Radiator - Install - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LWN) , or Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LV1) , or Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (L96, LC8)

Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud(1) - Install - Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud Replacement (LWN) , or Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud Replacement (LV1) , or Engine Coolant Fan Upper Shroud Replacement (L96, LC8)

Radiator Vent Inlet Hose(2) @ Radiator - Install - Radiator Vent Inlet Hose Replacement (LWN) , or Radiator Vent Inlet Hose Replacement (L96, LC8)
Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe @ Radiator - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement (M5U) , or Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement (MYD)

Radiator Outlet Hose(2) @ Radiator - Install - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LWN) , or Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LV1) , or Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (L96, LC8)
Lower the vehicle.
Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
