Installation Procedure

Radiator Outlet Hose(2) @ Water Pump - Install
- Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp(1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Radiator Outlet Hose(2) @ Radiator - Install
- Radiator Outlet Hose Retainer(1) - Engage
Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield-Right Side(3) - Install - Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Left Side) , or Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement (Right Side)
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
