Installation Procedure

Heater Water Bypass Outlet Hose(2) @ Heater Inlet and Outlet Hose - Install
- Hose Clamp(1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Hose Clip(4) @ Vacuum Hose - Install
- Wiring Harness Clip(3) @ Heater Water Bypass Outlet Hose - Install
Heater Water Bypass Outlet Hose(2) @ Turbocharger Coolant Return Pipe - Install
- Hose Clamp(1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Hose Clip(3) @ Heater Water Bypass Outlet Hose - Install
- Engine Cover - Install - Engine Cover Replacement
Heater Water Bypass Outlet Hose(2) @ Radiator Surge Tank - Install
- Hose Clamp(1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
