Installation Procedure

NOTE:
When installing the gasket, ensure that the part number stamped on the gasket is facing away from the engine.

Oil Pan Cover Gasket(2) - Install a NEW gasket.
Engine Oil Cooler Pipe(1) - Install

CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .

Engine Oil Cooler Inlet Pipe Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[2x]12N.m (106 lb in)

Engine Oil Cooler Hose Bracket Nut(1) - Install and tighten22N.m (16 lb ft)
Remove the supports and lower the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Engine Oil Cooler Pipe @ Radiator - Install

Engine Oil Cooler Connector Retainer(2) - Install
Engine Oil Cooler Fitting Cap(1) - Reposition
Engine Oil Cooler Pipe @ Radiator - Install

Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe(2) @ Radiator - Install - Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (M5U)
Fill the engine oil to the proper level with NEW engine oil. Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement
Install the air cleaner assembly. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
