Removal Procedure

  1. Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve - Remove - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Replacement

    Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp @ Engine Coolant Thermostat(1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 

  3. Radiator Inlet Hose @ Engine Coolant Thermostat(2) - Remove

    Fuel Heater Inlet Hose Clamp @ Engine Coolant Thermostat(1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 

  5. Fuel Heater Inlet Hose @ Engine Coolant Thermostat(2) - Remove

    Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Electrical Connector(1) - Disconnect

    Engine Coolant Thermostat Nut(1) - Remove[2x]

  8. Engine Coolant Thermostat(3) - Remove
  9. Engine Coolant Thermostat Seal(2) - Remove and DISCARD
  10. Transfer hoses as necessary.
