Removal Procedure

- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve - Remove - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Replacement
Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp @ Engine Coolant Thermostat(1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Radiator Inlet Hose @ Engine Coolant Thermostat(2) - Remove
Fuel Heater Inlet Hose Clamp @ Engine Coolant Thermostat(1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Fuel Heater Inlet Hose @ Engine Coolant Thermostat(2) - Remove
Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Electrical Connector(1) - Disconnect
Engine Coolant Thermostat Nut(1) - Remove[2x]
- Engine Coolant Thermostat(3) - Remove
- Engine Coolant Thermostat Seal(2) - Remove and DISCARD
- Transfer hoses as necessary.
