Installation Procedure

Engine Coolant Thermostat Seal(2) - Install a NEW seal.
- Engine Coolant Thermostat(3) - Install
- Engine Coolant Thermostat Nut(1) - Install and tighten[2x]9 N.m (80 lb in)
Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Electrical Connector(1) - Connect
Fuel Heater Inlet Hose @ Engine Coolant Thermostat(2) - Remove
- Fuel Heater Inlet Hose Clamp @ Engine Coolant Thermostat(1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Radiator Inlet Hose @ Engine Coolant Thermostat(2) - Remove
- Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp @ Engine Coolant Thermostat(1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve - Install - Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Replacement
