Installation Procedure

Coolant Recovery Reservoir(1) - Install
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Coolant Recovery Reservoir Bolt(1) - Install and tighten10.9 N.m (96 lb in)
Coolant Recovery Reservoir Overflow Hose(1) @ Coolant Recovery Reservoir - Install - Coolant Recovery Reservoir Overflow Hose Replacement (L96, LC8, LV1)
Coolant Recovery Reservoir Hose(2) @ Coolant Recovery Reservoir - Install - Coolant Recovery Reservoir Hose Replacement (L96, LC8, LV1)
Radiator Air Upper Baffle(1) - Install - Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement (LWN) , or Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement (LV1) , or Radiator Air Upper Baffle Replacement (L96, LC8)
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LWN) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LC8, LV1, L96) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE47716 LC8, LV1, L96)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
