Installation Procedure

Generator(1) - Install
- Generator Mounting Bolt(2) - Install and tighten[2x] 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
Electrical Connector(1) - Connect
Install the accessory drive belt (1) to the generator pulley. Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory
Battery Positive Cable(2) - Install
- Battery Positive Cable Nut(1) - Install and tighten15 N.m (11 lb ft)
Install the engine cover (1). Engine Cover Replacement
Coolant Recovery Reservoir(1) - Install - Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement (LV1)Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement (L96, LC8)
- Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Single Battery) Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Dual Battery)
