Installation Procedure

Battery Negative Cable(2) - Install
- Battery Negative Cable Ground Fastener(1) - Install and tighten40 N.m (30 lb ft)
- { If equipped }Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket - Install - Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket Replacement (LWN)Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket Replacement (L96, LC8)Air Conditioning Compressor Bracket Replacement (LV1)
Battery Negative Cable(1) - Install
- Battery Negative Cable Frame Ground Fastener(2) - Install and tighten9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Lower the vehicle.
Battery Negative Cable(2) - Install
- Battery Negative Cable Ground Fastener(1) - Install and tighten9 N.m (80 lb in)
Electrical Connector(1)@Battery Current Sensor(2) - Connect
- Connect the negative cable to the battery. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Single Battery) Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Dual Battery)
