Installation Procedure

Auxiliary Battery(2) - Install
- Auxiliary Battery Hold Down Retainer (4) - Install
- Auxiliary Battery Hold Down Bolt(3) - Install and tighten25 N.m (18 lb ft)
Install the auxiliary battery (2) and the auxiliary battery tray (4), onto the loosened bolts (1) on the frame rail.
- Auxiliary Battery Tray Mounting Bolt (3) - Install and tighten[2x]25 N.m (18 lb ft)
- Auxiliary Battery Tray Mounting Bolt (1) - Tighten[2x]25 N.m (18 lb ft)
- Connect the auxiliary battery positive cable. Auxiliary Battery Positive Cable Replacement (L96, LC8, LV1 - Long Wheelbase) Auxiliary Battery Positive Cable Replacement (L96, Lc8, LV1 - Short Wheelbase) Auxiliary Battery Positive Cable Replacement (LWN - Short Wheelbase) Auxiliary Battery Positive Cable Replacement (LWN - Long Wheelbase)
- Connect the primary and auxiliary battery negative cables. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Single Battery) Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Dual Battery) .
