Installation Procedure

  1. Bench bleed the brake master cylinder. Brake Master Cylinder Bench Bleeding

    Brake Master Cylinder (2) - Install

    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Brake Master Cylinder Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 36 N.m (27 lb ft)

    Remove the caps from the brake pipe fitting and the master cylinder port.

  5. Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pipe Nut - Rear (2) - Install and tighten32 N.m (24 lb ft)
  6. Remove the caps from the brake pipe fitting and the master cylinder port.
  7. Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pipe Nut - Front (1) - Install and tighten32 N.m (24 lb ft)
  8. Wiring Harness @ Brake Master Cylinder - Install
  9. Electrical Connector @ Brake Fluid Level Indicator Switch - Connect
  10. Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace- Left Side - Install - Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Replacement - Left Side
  11. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure) , or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual)
