Assembly Procedure

Lubricate the NEW caliper piston seal (1) with brake fluid from a clean, sealed brake fluid container. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
Rear Brake Caliper Piston Seal (1) @ Rear Brake Caliper - Install NEW [2x]
Apply a thin coat of brake fluid from a clean, sealed brake fluid container to the brake caliper bore. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers

NOTE:
Seat the NEW caliper piston dust boot in the groove of the brake caliper piston.

Rear Brake Caliper Piston Boot (1) @ Rear Brake Caliper Piston - Install NEW [2x]

Rear Brake Caliper Piston (1) @ Rear Brake Caliper - Install [2x]
Compress the caliper piston (1) to the bottom of the caliper bore.

Fully seat the piston dust boot seal (1) into caliper counterbore.

Bleeder Valve (2) - Install and hand tighten

Rear Brake Caliper (1) - Install - Rear Brake Caliper Replacement (JH6) , or Rear Brake Caliper Replacement (JH9)
Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure) , or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual)
