Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

    Brake Caliper Guide Pin Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 107.5 N.m (79 lb ft)

  2. Install the front tire and wheel assemblies. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Without Dual Rear Wheels) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (With Dual Rear Wheels)
  3. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
  4. With the engine OFF, gradually apply the brake pedal to approximately 2/3 of its travel distance.
  5. Slowly release the brake pedal.
  6. Wait 15 seconds, then repeat steps 4 and 5 until a firm brake pedal is obtained. This will properly seat the brake caliper pistons and brake pads.
