Removal Procedure
- Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging
- Drain the coolant. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static)
Brake Master Cylinder Assembly (1) - Remove - Brake Master Cylinder Replacement - With Power Brake Booster and Electronic Brake Control Module
Instrument Panel Carrier (1) - Remove - Instrument Panel Carrier Replacement
Brake and Accelerator and Clutch Pedal Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove [3x]
Remove the instrument panel tie bar and heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module (1) together with the aid of an assistant. Instrument Panel Tie Bar Replacement
Have an assistant hold the brake pedal from the inside of the vehicle while the brake master cylinder bolts (2) are being removed.
- Brake Master Cylinder Bolt (2) - Remove [3x]
- Brake Master Cylinder Bracket (1) - Remove and DISCARD
Brake Pedal (1) - Remove
