Rotate the transmission horizontal to aid in installation of the 2-3-4-6-8 and 4-5-6-7-8 reverse clutch assembly.
2-3-4-6-8 and 4-5-6-7-8-Reverse Clutch (1) - Install
Verify proper installation of the 2-3-4-6-8 and 4-5-6-7-8 reverse clutch assembly by measuring as indicated (a). An approximate measurement of 62.78 mm (2.472 in) indicates correct installation.

NOTE:

Ensure proper orientation of bearing.
