Engine = Not Running
Time between current ignition cycle and the last time the engine was running = Greater than 10 s
Manifold Absolute Pressure = 50 to 115 kPa (7. 3 to 16. 7 PSI)
Barometric Pressure = 50 to 115 kPa (7. 3 to 16. 7 PSI)
Turbocharger Boost Sensor = 50 to 115 kPa (7. 3 to 16. 7 PSI)

Frequency the DTC runs = Continuously - After the running conditions are met
