Installation Procedure

    Power Brake Booster Pump Dampener (1) - Install [2x]

    Power Brake Booster Pump Bushing (1) - Install [2x]

    Power Brake Booster Pump Bracket (1) - Install

    Retainer (1) - Install

  5. Retainer (2) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Bolt (1) [2x] and Nut (2) [2x] - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Power Brake Booster Pump (1) - Install

    Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft) [2x]

    Quick Connect Fitting (1) - Connect

    Retainer (1) - Install

  11. Connect the power brake booster pump vent hose.
  12. Connect the power brake booster pump electrical connector.
  13. Charge Air Cooler - Left Side - Install - Charge Air Cooler Replacement - Left Side (LGX with V18) , or Charge Air Cooler Replacement - Left Side (LT1 V18) , or Charge Air Cooler Replacement - Left Side (LTG with V18) , or Charge Air Cooler Replacement - Left Side (LT4)
