1	Front Side Door Upper Hinge to Body Bolt [2x] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Before removing the door, apply a double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces. Mark the location of the hinge being removed. Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement , or Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (ZL1) Support the door before removing the hinge bolts. Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
2	Front Side Door Upper Hinge to Door Bolt [2x] Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
3	Front Side Door Upper Hinge
4	Front Side Door Lower Hinge to Body Bolt [2x] Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
5	Front Side Door Lower Hinge to Door Bolt [2x] Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
