Conditions for Running the DTC

P0071

The 12 V battery voltage is greater than or equal to 10. 2 V.
The air conditioning compressor module CPU temperature is greater than -7°C (19°F).
Air conditioning compressor module off soak time is greater than 1 hour.
EV electronics coolant pump off soak time is greater than 1 hour.
Charger off soak time is greater than 1 hour.
Propulsion system off time is greater than 6 hours.
Ignition ON/Vehicle in Service Mode for less than 20 s.
Air conditioning compressor not operating.
None of the following DTCs are set: P0CE9, P1F44, P1F45, P0072, P0073, P2534, P2535, or P0606.
