Rear Side Door Replacement

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Apply masking tape to the fender and door edges.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  3. Support the door before removing the hinge bolts.
1 Rear Side Door Check Link Bolt
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
22 N.m (16 lb ft)
2 Rear Side Door Upper Hinge Bolt [2x]
Tighten 
25 N.m (18 lb ft)
3 Rear Side Door Lower Hinge Bolt [2x]
Tighten 
25 N.m (18 lb ft)
4 Rear Side Door

Procedure

  1. With the aid of an assistant, remove the door.
  2. When replacing the door it is necessary to transfer all of the internal components.
  3. Rear Side Door Adjustment
